Some states have hundreds or even thousands of court forms available for
the public, but South Dakota's selection is much smaller. Small claims
forms are very simple and are available at any clerk of court office.
Other forms that the court system has available can be found at
http://www.sdjudicial.com and then click on the tab labeled
“Forms.” A complete package of statewide divorce or custody forms is
not yet available, although a committee is working on it.
The Fifth
Judicial Circuit has some local forms and policies that only pertain to
