The following statements have been developed for a dual purpose.  The initial goal was to assist personnel in providing consistent, general information in response to broad inquiries.  The secondary purpose is to give members of the public a quick, convenient place to find simple answers to general questions.  These statements can also be found in a written brochure format at any courthouse in our circuit.
