Members of the public are reminded that many routine functions of the court can be completed online at ujs.sd.gov. Such services include the following:
Criminal and traffic ticket payments may be made online through the Unified Judicial System Portal.

Pro se legal forms are available through the South Dakota Legal Self-Help center, as well as information about how to initiate court action for self-represented litigants.

Case data and documents for attorneys and abstractors may be accessed through eCourts.

Attorneys may File and Serve documents statewide.

Public record searches may be conducted through the UJS PARS portal.

Civil money judgments filed and docketed with the courts may be viewed through the Civil Judgment System.

Acceptance of Services forms for prospective jurors may be completed electronically through the SD Jurors tab. A hardcopy of the form may also be mailed to the courthouse.

If you need additional assistance, please call the Clerk of Courts Office before making an in-person visit.
