Notice of Judicial Vacancy

With the upcoming retirement of the Hon. Douglas Hoffman in the Second Judicial Circuit, the Judicial Qualifications Commission is now taking applications for the Second Judicial Circuit's Position I.  The duty station for this position is Sioux Falls. Applications must be returned to the State Court Administrator’s Office and postmarked no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, May 30, 2025.
