UJS Sites for Attorneys
South Dakota licensed attorneys regularly access five key sites:
- File and Serve: Submit documents for electronic filing and the option to electronically serve documents.
- Attorney Notification System: Notifications via email of specific events that are filed in cases where you are the attorney of record.
- eCourts: View select case data and documents. If you are the attorney of record, there is no charge for the documents. If you are not the attorney of record, there is a small fee to obtain copies of documents.
- Court Calendar: Quickly find court dates for criminal, civil and family cases via Find Court Dates. The Public Access Calendar provides a court calendar for the county, date and case types selected.
- Civil Judgment Query: Access to money judgment searches and judgment docket cards for a fee.
