Consequently, criminal juvenile cases will not be included in any record searches.

Find Your Court Date
If you have received a summons or initiated a court case, this tool provides upcoming court dates. Search by either the party's name and date of birth or the case number.
eCourts
Access eCourts to view a summary of information for public cases by searching with the party name or case number. To use the system, you must be a registered user. Registration is free and confidential.
Court Records Search
Individuals and agencies can access public records statewide for criminal and civil matters. Access criminal court records online via Public Access Records Search (PARS), or submit a form to request criminal or civil court records.
Civil Money Judgment
This tool provides public access to UJS' civil judgments database. Public, "pay as you go" users can retrieve judgments by name and date. The site can also be accessed via a subscription account.
Public Access Terminals
The UJS provides public access computer terminals for the public to view South Dakota open court records electronically from any courthouse in the state. Use our Court Finder for courthouse locations.
Bulk Court Records Request
The public can submit a request for large volumes of court records or compiled information from court records that is publicly accessible but not already available in an existing report.
