New Hire Incentives Program
New hires for permanent, benefited positions are eligible for the program, with payments made in stages: $100 after three months, followed by two bonus payments at six and sixteen months, contingent upon successful completion of probation. The incentive is only available if funding permits, and employees who resign, fail probation, are terminated, or rehired before reaching the required service milestones are not eligible for payments.
