Term of Court Booklet
The Supreme Court travels throughout South Dakota twice a year to hear oral arguments at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in the fall and another public institution in the spring. This gives the public an opportunity to see and hear for themselves how the Supreme Court works. The UJS develops a term of court booklet for these traveling sessions.
