Public hearing dates include:

  • Sioux Falls – June 14, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time – Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center, 3200 W. Maple Street, Sioux Falls, SD.
  • Rapid City – July 1, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Mountain Time – Hotel Alex Johnson, 523 6th Street, Rapid City, SD (Ballroom).
  • Aberdeen – August 23, 2021 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time (Venue TBD)
