First Circuit James Valley Drug & DUI Court Graduation
The 1st Circuit James Valley Drug & DUI Court is pleased to announce an upcoming graduation ceremony. The ceremony will commence on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 3:00 pm, at the Davison County Public Safety Center.
The 1st Circuit James Valley Drug Court began operation in August of 2013 adding a DUI Court track in 2014. Participants must complete extensive treatment, maintain employment, be actively engaged within the community, are subject to frequent drug and alcohol testing and must comply with weekly court review hearings.
Please join the Drug & DUI Court team in celebrating with the graduates. The ceremony is open to the public and media. A reception will follow at the Davison County Public Safety Center Courtroom.
