First Circuit James Valley Drug & DUI Court Graduation on May 20, 2021

FIRST CIRCUIT JAMES VALLEY DRUG & DUI COURT GRADUATION 

The 1st Circuit James Valley Drug & DUI Court is pleased to announce an upcoming graduation ceremony. The ceremony will commence on Thursday, May 20th, 2021 at 2:00 pm, at the Davison County Public Safety Building.  

The 1st Circuit James Valley Drug Court began operation in August of 2013 adding a DUI Court track in 2014. Participants must complete extensive treatment, maintain employment, be actively engaged within the community, are subject to frequent drug and alcohol testing and must comply with weekly court review hearings.  

Graduation attendance is limited due to social precautions; however, it will be streamed live on the South Dakota Network and anyone wishing to view the ceremony may join online at https://www.sd.net/UJSCourt6.
