First Circuit Yankton County Drug & DUI Court Graduation on Aug. 31, 2022

The 1st Circuit Yankton County Drug & DUI Court is pleased to announce an upcoming graduation ceremony. The ceremony will commence on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at 1:30 pm, at the Yankton County Courthouse and Safety Center.  

The 1st Circuit Yankton County Drug Court began operation in January of 2013 adding a DUI Court track in May of 2019. The Court serves individuals residing in Yankton County. Participants must complete extensive treatment, maintain employment, be actively engaged within the community, are subject to frequent drug and alcohol testing and must comply with weekly court review hearings.  

Please join the Drug Court team in celebrating with the graduates. The ceremony is open to the public and media. A reception will follow at the Yankton County Courthouse and Safety Center, Courtroom A.
