Interstate Commission for Juveniles State Council to Meet on September 25
PIERRE, S.D.—The South Dakota State Council for the Interstate Commission for Juveniles will meet virtually via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at 2 p.m. CDT.

The agenda includes discussions of Advisory Opinion 1-2025: ICJ Rule 7-103 Not Applicable to Youth Placed in Residential Facilities Pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC), a quick reference guide for Interstate Compact for Juveniles (ICJ) cases, an ICJ returns and non-delinquent runaways fact sheet, annual business meeting held Aug. 25-27, 2025, and the next meeting in January.
