Interstate Commission for Juveniles to Hold Meeting

PIERRE, S.D.—The South Dakota Interstate Commission for Juveniles will meet virtually on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025, at 4 p.m. CDT via Zoom.

The agenda includes discussions of Advisory Opinion 1-2025: ICJ Rule 7-103 Not Applicable to Youth Placed in Residential Facilities Pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC), a quick reference guide for Interstate Compact for Juveniles, an Interstate Compact for Juveniles returns and non-delinquent runaways fact sheet, an annual business meeting on Aug. 25-27, 2025, and the next meeting in January.
