South Dakota Drug Court Advisory Council Meeting Rescheduled to April 24

PIERRE, S.D.—A South Dakota Drug Court Advisory Council meeting set for Tuesday, April 8, 2025, has been rescheduled to Thursday, April 24, 2025. The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. to noon CDT via Zoom.  

The agenda includes introduction of new council members, a presentation on what’s involved in a statewide treatment court evaluation, a legislative update/overview, discussion about a 2025 UJS treatment court study, and an overview of public information about treatment courts.

The South Dakota Drug Court Advisory Council addresses the operational, coordination, resource, information management and evaluation needs of the state’s treatment courts. 

Individuals requiring assistance should contact the State Court Administrator’s Office at 605-773-3474, at least 48 hours before convening, to make any arrangements.
