Supreme Court Opinion Release Day Delayed to Friday
PIERRE, S.D.—The South Dakota Supreme Court’s regular Thursday opinion release day will be delayed to Friday because of the two-day Christmas holiday.
Opinions will be released this week to the parties on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023, at 8 a.m. CST and publicly released at 10 a.m. CST. To view Supreme Court opinions, visit https://ujs.sd.gov/Supreme_Court/Opinions.aspx.
