January Term of Court & State of the Judiciary
The South Dakota Supreme Court will hold its January Term of Court on Jan. 12-13, 2026, in the Supreme Court Courtroom in the State Capitol in Pierre. Chief Justice Steven R. Jensen will present the State of the Judiciary on Jan. 14, 2026, at 10 a.m. CST in the House of Representatives.
